Yesterday was our third week there, and so far things are going really well! I'm really enjoying the place and the people. We always have really great conversations, so thats always a plus, and time always flies by when we are there.
Becky stopped in for a surprise visit, but all went well. We brought in painting supplies for everyone who was here last week to paint their clay beads, and for those who were not here last week was given paint and paper to paint what they desire. A man came in this time that we have not yet met, and started drawing before we even got the class going! And he did SO well! He used markers and paint and designed a beautiful photo of a bird on top of thick grass and flowers. Just stunning-all from his head.
Next week we will be bringing the beads back into class (they all wanted to work with the beads again) and frames to design to frame their future work. We have glitter, colored paper, and beads that they can all use to decorate. I hope this goes well!:)
